Dinner before checkout was so good that it changed how I felt about the stay. The food was delicious. Earlier, I’d had a bad experience while speaking with the service area personnel, so that conversation had shaped my impression.
The reception experience was awful, and they didn’t know how to deal with customers. The manager, hahaha. I’d never recommend Aastha.
Pawan Sharma, the manager at Aastha hotel, has a friendly attitude and speaks to both staff and guests in a very good, friendly way. He keeps all the departments running smoothly for the long term. The frontline staff and management are honest, and the welcome for guests is really good. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere too.
The Nepali thali is famous here, and I thought the food was very tasty. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and management was good across the hotel. Good choice, thanks AASTHA TEAM. See you again.
The restaurant is lovely, and the place feels clean and pleasant. Good food, including Nepali dishes like dal, bht tarkari achar served in Thakali style.
