The pool closes at 7 PM, just when many guests might want to relax in the evening, and the kitchen stops serving at 9 PM. Those limits made the stay feel restrictive and the hospitality disappointing. It wasn’t worth the experience.

The location is handy, close to the main road, shops, restaurants, and a short walk from the city center. I liked the in-house restaurant and the calm, welcoming feel. The staff were friendly and attentive whenever I needed help. It suits both leisure and business trips, and I’d recommend it to visitors to Hetauda.
