Divya Boutique Inn

We only planned to stay for two days at first, but ended up extending for a week. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location was very good too. Highly recommended.

The people here were the best part, always kind, helpful, and ready when we needed something. They sorted out tour and ticket details for us too, which made getting around much easier. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay.

A quiet street in Thamel made it easy to get some rest while still being close to everything. Divya Boutique Inn was clean and well kept, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, and breakfast was a nice start to the day. Good value, and I’d stay again.

I chose this place after seeing good Google reviews, but the stay was a letdown. They let me check in around 12 pm, but there was no shampoo, shower gel, or towels in the room. The AC remote was missing batteries, and after I asked for some, we found the unit itself was broken and only blew hot air. A staff member insisted on testing it, trying the original remote and controls from other rooms. He spent close to 30 minutes in my room late at night before admitting it was faulty. We ended up having to stay without air conditioning. The boss offered a fan and promised a discount. Since it was already very late, I said we could talk about the discount the next day. The next morning, the staff member acted as if he didn’t see me, and I never got the discount. The room condition and staff attitude both made for a bad experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
