OYO 320 Mega Hotel

From outside the hotel looked okay, but the reception staff came across as unwelcoming. My bedsheet was untidy and there were bugs. There was no phone or hot water in the room, even though I was charged for them.

I paid 1800 and still couldn’t get a full night’s sleep. The AC wasn’t working, the room was full of mosquitoes, and when I asked reception for mosquito spray, they had none. The nearby highway was noisy too. At night it looked like some s… workers were around. The place was overpriced and had zero cleanliness. Please find somewhere else and don’t stay here. I was with my family, so I couldn’t leave at 1 am. Otherwise I would have left the hotel and rushed to my destination.

I’ve never felt so welcome on my travels. Everyone on the staff was helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. The room was comfortable and the hotel felt modern. It’s a wonderful place, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We booked because the hotel had the OYO name, but it didn’t meet OYO’s requirements. The rooms weren’t maintained well: the cupboard door was broken, and the attached toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was no restaurant service when we asked, only that it was “on maintains.” They charged us around Rs 1500 for a three-bed room without AC. That felt too high when other hotels charge only RS 800 for this type of room. Please don’t book or visit this place.
