Shinta Mani Mustang

The daily hikes and treks into different parts of lower Mustang were a real luxury, carefully planned by the team. Each day felt special, and the Adventure Butler shared useful background on the places we visited. Back at the resort, the spa and sound healing session were wonderfully soothing. My top-floor suite had beautiful, calming views in the morning and evening, and was fitted out with great care. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were fabulous, with plenty of variety each day, and the locally prepared outdoor lunches on excursions were a lovely addition. From arrival, the staff were kind, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Adventure Butler looked after every detail both around the resort and on the daily walks. I'd been looking forward to Shinta Mani Mustang for a while, but the stay surpassed my wildest expectations. Magical, unforgettable memories. Visit if you can!

The spa treatments drew on Tibetan traditions, and the sauna and hot plunge pool offered mountain views, a lovely way to unwind after adventurous days. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, with local produce, elegant cooking, and creative combinations that balanced regional food with global tastes. Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. Its rich textiles, handcrafted furnishings, and panoramic mountain views brought local traditions together with real luxury, and every detail felt considered. I've stayed in some remarkable places, but Shinta Mani Mustang is one of my best hotel experiences. From the start, the hospitality and the magic of the Himalayas were all around us. It stays with you long after leaving. Just visit this hotel.

We'd never been to Nepal, though we enjoy outdoor activities, and found Shinta Mani Mustang online. The landscape was second to none, even compared with Iceland, and the people were the friendliest. The property, designed by Bill Bensley, is a very original and comfortable luxury hotel. The staff were the highlight. Our personal guides Dawa and Kushal, the food service team, housekeeping, spa staff, and everyone else provided the best service we've experienced anywhere in the world. The GM deserves recognition, since effective leadership is needed to make an experience this perfect. We've traveled to many countries and stayed at some amazing properties.

From the reservation team through to the very last minute, the experience was unforgettable. I've stayed at many high-end resorts, from aman to Laucala, and Shinta Mani is in a league of its own. The place is simply unbelievable, and the whole staff deserve far more than 5 stars on Google. We'll be back. Thanks for the magic.
