A great hotel for anyone, with awesome service.

It’s a cheap, cozy place in a nice setting, just behind the Makalu Petrol pump, so it’s easy to find. Being a little tucked away means Chakrapath’s noise and bustle don’t bother you. I stayed a few days and liked how the staff and the whole Galaxy family treated me. The food was great, though they don’t have many breakfast dishes.

The staff were good, and the food was okay. Still, finding the hotel was harder than I expected, and the Oyo stay didn’t match what I’d expected from Oyo. The bathroom was tiny, there were no towels or toiletry kits, and the TV had very few channels. Hot water only lasted a short while in the morning.

The food was great, and the place had a friendly, family feel. Everyone was warm and welcoming, with really good service. I’d happily recommend it.

It’s in a good spot, and the area felt peaceful with no noise. The rooms were clean, the food was really good, and the hospitality was great. I liked this hotel.
