It’s been months since I paid in full, and they still haven’t returned my passport. The people there have moved locations, and when I contacted them online, they asked for more money. Now they won’t even read my messages. If anyone knows where they are or can help me get my passport back, I’d be so grateful 🥲

For an overnight stay, this place is pretty good, and the customer support is great. The bathroom has a geyser, which is a plus. I’d like them to take better care of the rooms that aren’t being used for guests. It was nice compared with most other hotels in town, though there are still a few things to improve.
