The rooms were pretty good, but the plumbing and internet had problems, and basic amenities were missing by the bed and in the washroom. Service was poor. Only one employee worked while the others gossiped about customers and mocked the way they spoke. The owner shut the door six hours before checkout, even though he’d been assured payment would be made before checkout. The location was bad too. Cab drivers can easily get lost in the alleys, and the place isn’t suited to larger vehicles like a typical Hiace or any seven seater.

The cleanliness was well below expectations, the service felt unprofessional, and basic amenities weren’t maintained. This was an extremely disappointing hotel stay. I hope management takes the problems seriously and makes improvements, but I can’t recommend staying here. We want an apology letter from the manager.

There seemed to be too few staff for so many rooms. I had to walk up the stairs just to get a towel and waited at least an hour. We also saw people standing outside trying to get into the hotel and others inside looking terrified, as if they were being held hostage. It felt very unsafe for guests.

There was no water in the toilet, and we couldn't find any staff around. Easily the worst hotel stay I've had. I really wouldn't recommend it.
