The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was enjoyable. I follow a strict keto diet because of type 2 diabetes, and the team readily made packed safari lunches of chicken satay and eggs. That thoughtful help took away any food worries while we were exploring. We arrived at Sanctuary Chitwan after a long, chaotic journey, and the calm atmosphere was a welcome change. The architecture felt authentic and carefully considered, with natural materials, pebble walls, bamboo ceilings, and open walkways. The hotel’s own safari was smooth and well coordinated, with knowledgeable guides. It felt personal and relaxed, never rushed. For comfort, good food, considerate service, and a well-run safari in Chitwan, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

The team’s honesty stood out when we lost an earring at the hotel. They searched carefully across the floor and helped us find it and return it. That effort says a lot about the people here. Sanctuary Chitwan National Park was a memorable stay. The hotel felt peaceful and soothing, and the whole team was warm, respectful, and attentive. You can tell the place is run with care. Ajit Sir deserves a special mention. His leadership comes through in the thoughtful, well-trained, hospitable team and in how smoothly things are run. We loved the people and the experience. If you want a quiet stay with genuinely kind hospitality, this place is worth it.

Mr Ajit, Tulsi, and the whole team were so kind and attentive during our unforgettable three-night stay at Chitwan Sanctuary resort. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make everything special. The activities were fun, engaging, and well organized, and we felt cared for whether we were exploring or relaxing. The food was delicious every day, with plenty of variety and lovely presentation. We especially enjoyed the mix of local flavors and international options. It was one of the best resort stays we’ve had. We can’t wait to return, and highly recommend it!

After two weeks of hiking, Sanctuary was just what we needed to relax at the end of our trip. The modern rooms felt cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. From the pool, you could look out into nature and listen to birds. The safari was the cherry on top, with a guide who taught us a lot and several rhinos to watch in action. Highly recommend a 2-3 night stay!

The safari was a real highlight. I counted 15 rhinos, including three mothers with calves. Tulsi suggested visiting the community forest rather than the main park, and I was glad we followed that advice since other groups came back disappointed. Tulsi, Ashok, and our driver John made a big effort to find a tiger, checking several spots and waiting patiently. We didn't see one this time, but all those rhinos more than made up for it. Back at Sanctuary Chitwan, I had a peaceful stay right at the jungle's edge. My room was stylish and beautifully designed, and I was lucky to get upgraded to a lovely suite facing the forest. Waking up to that view from bed felt surreal. Ajit the manager, the safari guides, and the restaurant team all went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful visit.
