The hotel is close enough to walk to B&B hospital, which helped while my mom was there for a checkup because she was sick. It was quiet and clean, and everyone made us feel welcome. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place. Thanks to the team for a lovely stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was the one bright spot. The rest was awful: the food was poor quality and left all of us with stomach problems. Our room felt cramped, the AC didn’t work, the bathroom latches were missing, and the outlets were loose. The pool also had algae.

We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the covered courtyard felt bright and airy. The staff at Hotel Goodwill were attentive, accommodating, and caring toward our whole group of friends. I’ve already recommended the hotel to other people.

The area around the hotel gets chaotic with traffic near lagankhel, and parking there is quite limited, so that could be a problem. I was there for a wedding, though, and had a nice experience. The service was good and the food tasted good too.

The banquet food was amazing, and the staff were friendly, quick to respond, and gave great service. I came for my sister’s sangeet this time, but I remembered visiting as a kid to swim. There used to be a slide into the pool, and water kingdoms were built here. Seeing the pool gone after 20 years made me sad. I’d still definitely recommend it.
