The rooftop had a lovely view, and the surroundings were peaceful despite the convenient location. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, like one in a star hotel. The host and staff were very friendly.

I didn’t get any information about when the gate would be locked or opened, or about water availability. The bathroom had no slippers or basic toiletries, and the room had no AC, fan, or proper airflow. The place felt a little lacking in soul. I might give it another try if those things are fixed.

I stayed for two months while I was busy, and had no problems. It felt like my own home, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and accommodation. The place is comfortable and reliable, suitable for single people or married couples. It’s a great place in Patan for enjoying Durbar Square, and the prices are cheaper, too. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I spent a month here, and the monthly rate was very reasonable. Be sure to tell them your planned length of stay beforehand. The in-house laundry was fast, which I loved, though I’d suggest weighing your clothes first since they’re lighter than you think. The internet can be patchy depending on where you are in the building, but it’s improving. Sadiksha owns the place and is happy to hear about any problems, and the staff are helpful and available 24/7. Getting in is easy and contactless, and parking is good enough. There are plenty of nearby places to eat, including reasonably priced cafes and restaurants. You can get unlimited dal bhat for 100 rupees nearby in Patandhoka, and Dhokaima and Cafe Cheeno are good cafes. Sherpa Bakery does a strong americano for under 150 rupees. Head up to the top floor for mountain views in the morning and city lights in the evening. Thank you, Nyadha Team.
