After trekking, we spent a few days here to enjoy the Pantan area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice decor and a great setting. It’s in a pleasant, central part of the area, and had everything we could ask for.

The staff were very hospitable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was nice too. But the hotel was impractical for us. The stairs were more like ladders, and the windows had shutters but no glass, so in December the room was cold and draughty. It was either dark inside or pigeons would get in. The street was also very noisy, with motorbikes and other traffic.

The location made it easy to get out and see Patan’s beautiful sights. After a day exploring, the calm, charming atmosphere was lovely to come back to, and breakfast had enough tasty choices to set me up for the day. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and did their best to make me feel welcome. I had a fantastic stay at Temple Palace in Patan and would happily recommend it.

The staff were truly the best, so friendly, and I slept better in that bed than anywhere else during my stay. I loved the charm of the little lane, especially the small temple outside and the bells I woke up to each morning. The owner also has a restaurant down the road with one of my favorite rooftops for a cold beer in the evening. My friends and I had a fantastic time here. Highly recommend!

After a long trek, staying here felt like heaven. The bed was good, there was hot water, and breakfast was nice. It’s a pretty, authentic place with great connections to the area, and totally worth it.
