Seven Steps Guest House

I booked this guesthouse because I liked the name at first. The room was nice, the price reasonable, and Mayadevi Temple is nearby. The owner was friendly. One thing bothered me: the little girl who repaired breakfast showed attitude when I asked her for hot water for my TheraFlu medicine, since I had a cough and sore throat. Still, it's a good place to stay in Lumbini, and I'd recommend it to Buddhists.

If you're visiting Lumbini, this is a very good spot for a night or two.

The location is handy, close to the bus stand and an easy walk from Mayadevi Temple. The hotel looks lovely inside and out, and the room was spacious for the price, very clean, and had a comfortable big bed. I liked the cloth stand, and the large window brought in light and fresh air. The bathroom was clean too, with a window for ventilation and hot and cold water available around the clock. Breakfast is included in the room price and was good: toast with butter and jam, an omelet, and tea or coffee. You can ask for something else if you want. They also have their own kitchen for lunch and dinner. The two women were helpful and kind, and the manager was friendly. I felt I got great value for my money and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel in this area.

The room made a strong impression, with a clean bed, a well-kept toilet, and all the essentials for a hotel stay. I also enjoyed some delicious food and drinks. The staff were good and gave great service. It's a really nice hotel to stay at when visiting lumbini.
