Hotel Green Valley

The mountain sunrise was beautiful, even with a little rain when we arrived. The view was stunning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In-room dining was affordable, and the stay was very cheap. The road up was quite winding and bumpy, but it was a lovely stay.

Breakfast with a view was the best part of our stay, and all the food was tasty. Since getting transport around there isn’t easy, eating at the hotel restaurant makes sense. Every room has amazing views of the Himalayan range. The hotel is very well maintained, and the decorations in every corner add an interesting touch. Everything was great, and I’d recommend it to friends and family.

From the balcony, the Himalayan range is right there, and the sunrise above the clouds was unforgettable. Hotel Green Valley is a lovely place to experience Nagarkot. The rooms are cozy, clean, and peaceful, with the same view from each one, though the floor changes. Breakfast deserves a special mention, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it for the hospitality and mountain views.

The views from the room and terrace were magnificent, especially the sunrise over the mountains. We stayed two nights in December and booked two rooms. Everyone we met on staff was warm and hospitable, and the halal food was a big bonus. We enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms feel dated, though, and cleanliness needs more attention. One mattress was so soft that it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Wi-Fi was unreliable, service for food was slow, and they didn’t explain portions well. We were told a dish served one person, but it could easily feed two. There were basic maintenance and hygiene problems too: hot water took a while to reach the sink, there was hair under the duvet and a stain on the pillowcase, the handheld shower leaked because of a broken pipe, and dust was visible around the furniture. The views and hospitality carry the experience, but the rooms, cleanliness, and attention to detail need work.
