Hotel Mount Paradise

My parents usually avoid eating out at hotels, so the self-cooking kitchen was a thoughtful touch. They could make their own meals while enjoying the beautiful view, which made the place feel like home. I’ll bring them here next time. The hotel is peaceful and calm, great for families, and the food was delicious. As someone who prefers vegetarian meals, I was glad it was purely vegetarian. The owner was warm and welcoming, and our conversations with him taught us a lot. A lovely choice for a quiet, family-friendly stay.

The food was all vegetarian, delicious, and made from scratch, and the garden is lush with beautiful renovations. The hotel sits above Nagarkot’s busy, touristy bazaar and closer to the sunrise viewpoint. We could watch gorgeous sunsets right from where we were. Mohan, the owner, has made this a peaceful, friendly, compassionate place with a homestay feel. I felt at home, and formed a lasting family with another traveler and Mohan. He gave me advice and held my extra bag while I went on an overnight trek to Chisapani. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

The road there had us wondering if we were headed somewhere random, but once we arrived, they welcomed us and it felt like home. Everyone was polite and kind. Aunty’s food is still on my tongue, you can taste the care and effort that goes into making it. Highly recommend a visit.

Hotel Mount Paradise is surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere that felt refreshing. The food is purely vegetarian, and it was delicious, better than I expected. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. For the service, food, and location, I thought the prices were very reasonable. I’d recommend it for a relaxing nature getaway.
