The Durbar room at Hotel Galaxy was the highlight for me, with a stunning view that made the stay feel royal. The food was delicious, each dish flavorful and well prepared, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I loved my stay and would recommend it for a cozy visit and good meals. My pick, and maybe yours too! 🌟🍴😋👌

The staff were helpful, and aside from a few problems, things were fine. My room was comfortable and I had a good stay, but the bathroom hot water wasn’t working. The AC also needed maintenance, and there was no hair dryer or hot water kettle.

The rooms smelled bad and were covered in mold, even though everything else was perfect and the staff were supportive. The bathroom was just okay, with leaky taps and a showerhead that didn’t work.

The hotel is worth considering only for the new rooms on the first floor. I’d avoid the rest.

The location is excellent, though parking is limited. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s a budget friendly option for travelers. The food was average, while service was notably slow and could be better.
