The quiet atmosphere and attentive service made my stay at Royalwood City Inn especially nice. Staff welcomed me warmly, and my room was comfortable and clean. Shops and restaurants are close by too. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

After six months spent mostly in hotels, I can say this place's standards compare with international ones. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff warm. It's run by a Nepali Canadian, and was the best hotel I came across during my recent 10-day trip through India and Nepal.

The food made this a great dining stay for us, full marks for it. The rooms were pleasant and clean, the location was great, and the staff were well behaved and attentive, with excellent service.

The staff were helpful and well behaved, and breakfast was both tasty and delivered on time. Good rooms too, so I had a very good stay here.

We were away working and didn't get back in time, but they charged us the full price of a room for an extra hour. We asked if they'd take 50%, but they wouldn't. We paid. 😞
