We had carefully planned this trip and booked a week ahead, then traveled from Kathmandu to Pokhara through heavy, relentless rain. When we arrived, we were told our room had been given to someone else. Being left without a room after such a long, exhausting journey was completely unprofessional. Think twice before booking if you don’t want your plans disrupted at the last minute.

They gave our room away despite our booking a week in advance. We’d traveled from Kathmandu to Pokhara in heavy rain, and got nothing but excuses, with no one taking responsibility. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid.

They confirmed our room, then cancelled the booking after we got there. I really dislike this kind of unprofessional behavior.

After a long trip in the rain, we got there only to find the room had already been given away. Management was horrible, the staff didn’t seem to care, and even the food was late. I’d never return.

The place is nice. I tried the grilled fish, which was okay, though it didn’t have much flavor.
