The people are lovely, and the catering food is average. Just be careful with the entrance and stairs, which are very steep and slippery. Health and safety is something each person has to keep in mind here. Watch your head going through the gate too, as you could hit it.
We found it quiet and good for groups, with very nice, quick service and plenty of parking for both cars and bikes. The place is spacious, and the food has some real hits: the Open MoMo was tasty and the coffee very good. I tried a fresh mango smoothie, though, and it was awful, like they'd put some kind of inedible powdered coloring in it.
Free parking is a real plus in Kathmandu, where hotels don't often have it. The place itself is good to stay in, and despite a few small hassles my stay was okay. Hot water was an issue, the room service wasn't very good, and the number they gave us often went unanswered when we called.
The whole place felt extremely shaky, and the food was overpriced, came late, and tasted only okay. The girl at the counter was ill-mannered. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Indian and continental dishes are both worth trying here. The food was delicious and the service was good. Highly recommended.
