The staff made the biggest impression on me. They were polite, helpful, and professional, and their warm hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. River Holiday Inn had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, and I really enjoyed my time there. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and good service.

The front desk man made me feel bad, and I didn’t feel the hotel was safe for couples or families. I felt disrespected, and the prices seemed extremely high. The food was the worst, and everything cost double the market price, sometimes triple. There was no room service or cleaning, and the rooms smelled. The photos were far from the truth. They should change the staff. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Star rating: less than 0.

For a function or wedding, you can put your guests up here without worrying, since they take good care of them. I’m giving it four stars because room service isn’t available after midnight.

The food was really good, but the service was awful. They said they had a generator, an inverter, and other backup, yet even the fan didn’t work all night. When I asked the manager, he said a fan wasn’t needed in that place. The mosquitoes made it hard to stay there. So many lies.
