The balcony gave us a lovely view of Peace Pagoda and Pumdikot Hill, and the location was nice. We had a really good stay, with clean, tidy rooms, helpful staff and all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was good too.

The only real plus for us was being close to Fewa Lake. Service felt very unprofessional: there were no toiletries, no fresh towel the next day, and the bathroom had no water for hours. The commode flush also failed several times. Even the complimentary breakfast wasn't very good.

Staff were pleasant and the service was good, and we could see the lake and mountains from the nice balcony. The room and bathroom, though, weren't very clean. Breakfast had few choices, and the food quality wasn't great. Overall, the hotel fell below standard.

When the hotel is full, getting hot water for a bath can be a problem.
