We stayed at Haven O'Ganga for three weeks, and it’s one of the best experiences we’ll remember from Nepal. The service was very high quality, the value was excellent, and every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms, bathrooms, and hotel were spotlessly clean and comfortable. After hikes, it was lovely to come back and relax. Laundry was 200 rupees per kilogram, dropped off in the morning and ready clean later that afternoon. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, sweet or savory: tea or coffee, cereals, yogurt, fresh-cut fruit, stir-fried vegetables, hash browns, eggs, sausages, beans, corn, white and whole wheat bread, pastries, butter, and jam. Everything was fresh and tasty. Nothing but good things to say. We’d happily return if we get the chance.

Being right by the lakeside made our stay feel especially relaxing and beautiful. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, and we felt at home. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. We had an amazing visit, definitely 5 out of 5.

The rooms felt fresh, and the beds were really comfortable. Service was superb, especially from the restaurant staff member and the women at reception, who were so helpful and hospitable. The hotel is in a great spot, about a 5-minute walk from fewa lake, shopping Mall, and most recreation places. Had a great time, highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, and my wife, mom, her Thai friend, and the kids all enjoyed it. The hotel is handy for getting around Lakeside, though it doesn’t have the prime lake views. Rates are reasonable for what you get, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony in every room. Breakfast was very good too, especially the aloo puri, and you can order eggs how you like them. I’ve stayed at a different hotel every time I’ve visited Pokhara, but Haven O Ganga may end that habit. I’ll definitely be back.

We spent one night at Hotel Haven O’ Ganga in December 2025 during a family trip to Pokhara. I was looking for a good-value 3-star stay, though some sites rate it higher, and it gave us a comfortable base for exploring Lakeside. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Phewa Lake and the busy strip with restaurants, shops, and boat rentals. The Annapurna mountains make a beautiful backdrop on clear days, and the area is handy for sunsets, paragliding, and hikes. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed, effective air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with partial lake and Annapurna views. The bathroom was simple and spotless, hot water was always available, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for planning day trips. The staff were a real highlight, friendly, attentive, and helpful. They arranged vans around Pokhara, suggested local places to eat, stored our luggage before an early departure, and helped us get a bag back from the bus. Breakfast was included, with a decent choice of fresh fruit, eggs, toast, and more.
