The staff know the area well and are really helpful. The rooms are very nice, and some have good views. The bathroom facilities were great, with a built-in hair dryer as a bonus. One thing that made things awkward: when two people share a room, they only get one key, which is inconvenient if they come back at different times.

A decent place to stay before or after a trek, with what you need nearby and some rooms looking out over the lake. The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast is decent, and the masala tea at their resto is good. Wi-Fi wasn't stable, some sockets didn't work, and it seems there are no free water refills. Express laundry is available for a fee.

We stayed at Hotel Kausi in Pokhara during a business trip, as we were heading to Ghandruk. We enjoyed the service, cleanliness, and food. Thank you. I'd recommend visiting and staying at Kausi.

The staff were especially caring when we got unexpectedly stuck because of the ongoing protests. They went out of their way to help us feel safe and comfortable, which made a difficult situation much easier. Throughout our stay, everyone was warm and attentive. The spacious, clean, comfortable rooms helped us relax, and the location was convenient for exploring the city while still feeling calm and safe. We had a very pleasant visit and would recommend the hotel to friends and family. We're already looking forward to returning to Nepal, and we'll choose this place again.
