Hotel Nomad Inn

The hosts are second to none, breakfast is great, and the location is central. Amazing place, and I’d recommend it to anyone traveling in Pokhara.

My experience was terrible, honestly, this should be zero stars. I arrived to find no one in the lobby and waited 20 minutes. When staff finally showed up, they ignored me. After an unreasonable delay, they sent me to a different hotel that was extremely dirty. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and canceling any reservations if you can.

Our New Year's vacation stay was so frustrating that we regret booking this hotel and won’t return. We’ll make sure our family and friends don’t stay there either. The staff were rude, reluctant to help, and unaccountable. The bathroom was worse than a public washroom. Every tap dripped, the handspray leaked, and there was no hot water in the cold weather. We asked for towels and got just one for four people, and it was damp. Staff told us to let it dry and use it later. They said they’d called a plumber about the bathroom, but we never saw one during our two-day stay. There’s no phone in the hotel, so don’t expect room service, and our room was on the fourth floor with no lift. The awful conditions and staff behavior left us so frustrated that our stay in the beautiful city of pokhra was badly spoiled. We decided to leave early.

Close to lakeside and Barahi Temple, the location was convenient. If you’re on a budget, this hotel is a solid value and a good place to stay. Highly recommend.
