The owner was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with what we needed. Getting around from here was convenient, and the place felt safe and welcoming. Our stay was really pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It’s not a luxury or high-end property, but it offers good value for the price. A simple, reliable option if you want a comfortable stay on a budget. I’d definitely recommend it for an affordable, satisfying visit.

Being right in the heart of Lakeside was a big plus. The lake, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all a short walk away, so we hardly needed transport. I stayed at Travel Inn on a recent trip, and the owner made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. He was humble and genuine, always smiling and ready to help, and seemed to really care about my comfort. That personal touch is hard to find. Service was excellent throughout. The staff were quick, polite, and friendly when I asked for local tips or something extra for the room, and they were easy to chat with about the area. It felt more like staying with people who wanted me to enjoy Lakeside than being in a formal hotel. The rooms are average, simple, clean, and comfortable, with what you need for a decent night’s sleep. Nothing fancy, so it may not suit someone looking for luxury. For cleanliness, comfort, genuine hospitality, and a great location, it was a great place to stay.

The manager and staff were very good in how they treated us. The manager is humble, helpful, and down to earth. The hotel and its surroundings are very good too, the view is okay, and the service is nice.

The staff are really friendly, and the room was clean and very comfortable. In some rooms the Wi-Fi and shower don’t work very well, but it’s manageable.
