Dipesh Kaji Baniya helped us throughout our two nights, three days package, from arranging transport to organizing safari activities. Everything went smoothly. At the hotel, the staff were friendly and ready to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing stay. A great value option for a comfortable Chitwan trip, and one I'd recommend.

The rooms are spacious and have every comfort, and the Restaurant is well stocked and efficient. Just a few steps from Chitwan Park, this special resort also has qualified staff and excellent guides for wilderness excursions. Recommended.

We enjoyed seeing a wild rhino 🦏 in the hotel backyard, and the Tharu dance was a refreshing touch. The workshops were well organized, the room and bed were comfortable, and the food was basic but nice. It's centrally located with plenty of space, all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Stayed for two nights. The food and ambience were great, and we were shown wonderful hospitality. Thank you.

The receptionist especially needs to be changed. When we raised problems, the staff ignored us, told us to compromise, and scolded my friend, claiming the issues hadn't been there and showing no interest in helping. They were rude and unfriendly. This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life, and such a waste of a huge area. They should destroy the whole hotel and build it again, and change the staff.
