We asked to briefly go into the pool area for a few photos, and were told we had to book a room first. We respect the resort's rules, but this caught us off guard and could have been explained more clearly. Earlier, after ordering food, we requested lukewarm water. The staff said yes, but it never arrived. We also felt guests weren’t all treated the same. It seemed some people got different treatment depending on their appearance or whether they came by car, which left us feeling unwelcome. Everyone deserves the same respect and hospitality, whether they arrive dressed differently, by car, bike, or on foot. First impressions can be misleading, and good service should be for all visitors. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and works to make the resort more welcoming to everyone.

The riverside setting is lovely, and the peaceful surroundings make it a nice place to stop and take in the view. But lunch was disappointing for the price. Our dal bhat with chicken came to nearly Rs. 2500, and it didn’t feel worth that amount. The food was average, nothing special. The location and atmosphere are good, but the restaurant needs to improve its prices and food quality.

We had a great group getaway, with plenty to keep us occupied: swimming, pool, table tennis, and carrom. The dorm room was great, the service was top-notch, and the food selection was delicious. We came with the whole gang, and it was one of our best experiences. Great vibes if you’re looking for a place with lots to do.

The peaceful atmosphere is amazing, and the rooms, cleanliness, and dining are good. Room service was okay. The event hall staff didn’t seem fully prepared, though, and the front desk team weren’t very helpful or approachable. More attention to customer service would make the experience much better.

Great rooms, service, and setting. I’d recommend the place. The only downsides were that the hotel didn’t have basic medicine for gastric issues, and I felt a little allergic while in the pool.
