Jungle Sunset Camp Hotel makes a memorable base for exploring the region's wildlife and culture, with warm hospitality and engaging activities. It's a good fit for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts who want to stay close to Chitwan National Park. Right on the Rapti River, the hotel offers stunning park views and easy access to the area's diverse wildlife and lush landscape. The quiet riverside setting is especially charming at sunset.

The riverside setting is the best thing about this camp. There are seats literally 20 yards from the water, with a picturesque view, which was a pleasant surprise even though the name gives it away. The place is pretty good value, not too expensive but not especially cheap either. It has AC, comfortable beds, and clean, well-kept bathrooms, though in Sauraha you'll probably spend most of the day out of the room anyway. Most of the staff are women, and that adds to the resort's hospitality. One suggestion: skip breakfast here. It takes a long time to prepare and costs an extra 500/- (NPR).

The hotel is by the Rapti river and has a view of chitwan national park. There weren't any soft drinks or beer at the hotel bar, so we had to give the staff money to go get some.

The guest house is an easy walk from the Tharu cultural centre and some good restaurants. It's right beside the river, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed for four days and really liked the amazing river view. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good. The reception arranged our bustickets to Bandipur, then dropped us at the busstation with our bags. Very good service, we'd recommend staying here.
