The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Waking up to the peaceful view of a serene lake and lush jungle greenery was so refreshing. I had a wonderful stay. The ambience felt warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious, fresh, well-prepared, and varied. The rooms were cozy and beautifully maintained, with a nice mix of comfort and style.

The river facing room had a lovely view of the rapti river, and the resort had great amenities. We’d heard the place had a great view of the Narayani River, so we decided to stay. There was pickup and drop-off service too. What started as a two-night trip became three nights because of the wonderful hospitality and service. The staff welcomed every guest with warmth. The food was top-notch: we had spaghetti, rice set and more, with no complaints at all. The manager handled our stay wonderfully. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting chitwan.

We chose to stay here after hearing about the view of the Narayani River. That view was the only good thing about the hotel. The toilet in our room had a very strong smell that spread through the whole room, and several things were damaged. The kettle was broken, and our friends had similar problems in their room. We raised it with the manager at checkout, but it didn’t feel as if he took the feedback seriously. He just nodded without saying much. For what we paid, it didn’t seem worth it. These problems took away from the whole experience. I’d suggest the hotel give the property a makeover and put money into updating and maintaining it.
