Handy place to sleep after crossing the border. It’s 200 by Tuk Tuk from the border to the guest house, then 50 by Tuk Tuk to the bus station to get going around the rest of Nepal. The staff are kind and helpful. For the basics, you can find a SIM card and ATM on the adjacent Main Street.

A little paradise on a somewhat run-down street. You spot the hostel as soon as you enter the road. Inside it’s green and clean, and the rooms are nice and a good size. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooftop could use some attention. It’s also in a handy spot, with the bus stations an easy walk away. I’d come back and recommend it to anyone.

Awful stay on 31st Dec 2025. It was pretty cold, the room was small, and the AC wasn’t working properly. The television didn’t work either.

A great little hidden gem in Bhairahwaha. I stayed one night and had a nice time drinking tea and chatting with the staff. They’re friendly, easy to talk to, and funny too. The price was excellent, and they were very accommodating. I’ll definitely be back.

We paid 2k just for a room at this guest house in Bhairahawa, which felt way too expensive. Rooms like this go for 600/700 in Pokhara. The service was really poor, and they didn’t seem to know basic hospitality. The room was missing simple things like a towel, tissue, toothbrush, and shampoo, and water was leaking in the bathroom. I’d never recommend it.
