The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, a good hot shower, quiet air conditioning, and stable wifi. Breakfast was good, and there were in-house dining options. Paras and the team were attentive and helpful, and arranged sightseeing with good service at a very reasonable price. They made me feel at home, so I extended my two-week stay by another week. Everland Kathmandu Nepal hotel is a hidden gem in Thermal, on a quiet street at its end, so there's no passing traffic. The Center of Thermal is a three-minute walk away, with restaurants, shops selling hiking and trekking materials, and attractions nearby. Shopping and dining are easy to reach while the hotel itself stays peaceful.

The shower wasn't warm after the first use, which was the only issue. The place was quiet but still central, the staff were very nice and carried my bags upstairs. They offered us free drinks and handled our large group well.

Thamel street market is just a five-minute walk from this quiet cul-de-sac in the Thamel district of Kathmandhu. The hotel is excellent value, with friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast selection included in the room rate. There are different room types, all clean and equipped with the usual things, including TV, AC, and good showers.
