Ramada Encore By Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel

The staff made our stay at Ramada Encore, Kathmandu feel like a home from home. Everyone went out of their way to help, especially Monika at breakfast and Rina at the bar/restaurant, who both took such good care of us. We stayed on both sides of our Everest Base Camp trek. The beds were comfortable, the rooms had everything we needed, and there was a good selection of English-language TV and movies. Both the breakfast buffet, with Asian and Western choices, and the upstairs restaurant menu were excellent, and everything we ate was great quality. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

Monica was especially kind with our child and treated them with so much love and patience. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. We had an amazing stay at Ramada Encore Kathmandu, with welcoming staff and top-notch service. Highly recommended for families.

We had a beautiful room and were checked in within minutes of arriving. After a tiring journey, Prabha's professionalism was a real relief. She's warm, helpful, and very efficient at the front of house. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and there are plenty of good choices at the buffet breakfast. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

I loved watching the sunrise beside the rooftop pool. You can see the mountains from the hotel, and the market is on the next street. The breakfast had lots of variety and was amazing. Monika made me feel special with her pretty smile. All the staff were polite, kind, and helpful. It was an amazing experience, with great service. Must visit.
