I've stayed at your hotel twice, and I've liked the ambience and had positive experiences overall. The staff have always been courteous, supportive, and helpful. On my latest visit, though, I saw a small cockroach near the bread bin at breakfast. It was disturbing and made me worry about hygiene in the food service area. That evening's dinner seemed stale. My 15-year-old daughter, who hardly ever gets sick, became very ill later that night and vomited continuously through the night and into the morning of 1 January 2026. We had to leave early that morning, so I couldn't report it at the time. The shower water flow was extremely slow and wasn't working properly, which delayed us a lot as everyone had to wait to get ready. I hope management takes this seriously and gives closer attention to food safety, cleanliness, food quality, and basic facility maintenance. I'm sharing this in the hope things improve. Thank you for your attention.

Kiran at reception was really helpful and supportive when I had a personal issue. The staff are caring and always smiling, and the food is very nice with plenty of variety. It's a lovely hotel. I'd be glad to stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed here for a holiday in November 2025. The hotel is close to the main connecting road, which made getting around easy, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Sheela in the breakfast section deserves a special mention for always being warm, welcoming, and greeting us so nicely. The rooms were very clean, room service was prompt, and there were plenty of breakfast choices to start the day. I arrived around 5 AM, but early check-in wasn't available. Since I was travelling with my kid, I had to book another hotel for 4-5 hours until my room here was ready. Some flexibility or a temporary arrangement in that situation would've been appreciated. It was a comfortable stay with great service and an excellent breakfast. Support for families arriving early would make it even better.

The room felt pretty ordinary, and the hotel sits in a secluded dead end. The staff were friendly, though, and the breakfast spread was good. Chow Bella's food was excellent. I wouldn't call this a five-star hotel.
