The rooms were cleaner than I expected, and the staff treated us well. Its location in the main area worked just right for us. It seems to be one of the first hotels in Bhairahawa. I'd recommend it and would stay again.

I keep coming back here in Bhairahawa. The hotel is a bit older than others, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is clean, and the biryani is good. Nearly every room has a balcony. I usually pay 2500 or less.

I was very dissatisfied. The bathrooms were in awful shape, and the rooms weren't clean either. There were cockroaches, and the cupboards were dusty.
