The room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything impressively clean. The F&B team served delicious food with great presentation and service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with real smiles and professional warmth. Everyone was polite, attentive, and helpful. The hotel had a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that felt friendly to guests, and I felt valued throughout my stay. It brings comfort and good service together, and I’d definitely like to return. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

We had to check out early because the staff were mostly unresponsive and couldn’t resolve the problems. The place seemed to still be under construction, and what was advertised online didn’t match what we found. Basic amenities were damaged or out of order, including the AC, and the overall setting felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. It came across as a clear misrepresentation, borderline fraud. I strongly advise travellers to avoid it until construction is finished and the facilities are actually available.

Hotel service was very poor, apart from the food and Wi-Fi. There was no hot water, and basic things like towels and a bucket were missing. I had to call reception again and again for every little thing, and even then nothing got sorted. Hotel staff could also come into your room without permission, whether you were there or not. Worst experience.
