I liked the garden and swimming pool, and the lakeside location has plenty of eateries and places to explore nearby. The rooms, though, felt dated, the TV didn’t work, and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent, but service needs improvement. The location and outdoor space are nice, while the rooms and service could use work.

The antique furniture and decorated walls gave the place a time-travel feel, and right at the entrance it had a cozy, almost royal-palace vibe. The staff were friendly, the food was great, and the whole place smelled really good. Definitely recommend!

We especially enjoyed the chlorine-free pool, and the buffet breakfast was more than enough. The Nepali khana is a must-try, too. We spent two nights here with friends and found the property beautiful, with an elegant boutique feel and a prime spot in the heart of Lakeside, close to everything on foot. Some parts are a bit run down and could use a major renovation. I’d love to come back.

Hotel Heritage in Pokhara was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a relaxing place to come back to after a long travel day. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with everything arranged thoughtfully. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. It’s good value in a calm atmosphere. I’d recommend it to friends and family, and would happily return myself.

I spent two nights here and really enjoyed the experience. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast in the morning was refreshing and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive whenever I needed help. Thanks.
