Shikali Resort

We arrived after booking, but our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait for an hour in the cold garden. Service was very slow, and when we asked for an electric kettle in the room, we were told the entire resort had just one. Staff behaved very unprofessionally. I was really disappointed. The worst experience I’ve had so far, and I’d never recommend this place.

The dinner was a major letdown. The food lacked flavor, and nothing we ordered was tasty or memorable. Our room also wasn’t properly cleaned, with visible spider webs in the bathroom, which suggested poor maintenance. Since the resort was full, all nine of us had to share one room, which was uncomfortable and disappointing. The pool needs work too, especially the stairs and slippery side steps, which didn’t feel safe or easy to use. Sikali Resort’s location may have potential, but cleanliness, facilities, and food quality all need improvement.

We waited until 11 PM for dinner, and when it finally came, it was bad and cold. The service was painfully slow, and the staff had no sense of how to treat guests. I’m so frustrated I can hardly put it into words. Worst experience of my life.

We loved the food and the service. A nice spot for a family weekend.
