Classic Serviced Apartments

I’ve been living at Classic Serviced Apartments since June 2025. The staff are kind and usually responsive, but cleaning and privacy have been ongoing concerns. Staff or housekeepers often move my personal things, including kitchen items, without asking. Some kitchen items have also disappeared and then turned up in the kitchen again a few days later. That feels unacceptable in what’s meant to be a private apartment. About management’s reply: nobody told me beforehand that my offered rate was a “limited-time promotional offer” ending after three months. I planned a long-term stay from the start, and we never discussed or agreed to a sudden 50% increase in monthly rent. I only heard about it at the last minute, which was unexpected and unprofessional. The new rate is also well above the usual long-term market price nearby for a 1BHK or studio. The staff are kind, but the lack of transparency and respect for privacy made my stay disappointing. If you’re planning to stay long-term, I’d look at other options.
