I found the rooms clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the restaurant was prompt and attentive. The food stood out for its taste, presentation, and hygiene. Across the front office, housekeeping, restaurant, and management, the staff were professional, polite, friendly, and ready to help. The elegant, peaceful ambience gave the resort a premium feel. Dreamland Gold Resort would suit family stays, corporate visits, events, or leisure trips. I highly recommend it for the service, food, and relaxing setting.

A lovely welcome to hospitable Nepal. The food was great, and Ms Shila Thapa carried our heavy luggage all the way to the room, even though I’d asked for a bell boy instead.

The service was slow, but shiela thapa was caring and very polite, and she escorts the resort. It’s a beautiful, quiet place with clean rooms and good hygiene.

The view is mesmerising, and the hotel ambience is so nice, with plenty of activities to do. Miss shila thapa at the front office made our day by arranging a birthday cake and helping move us to another room when we asked.

The health club was amazing, and the calm, peaceful setting made the stay lovely. It’s a beautiful hotel with a good ambience and view. Miss shila thapa was attentive and polite with us throughout. We’ll visit again.
