Winter meant fewer food choices than in summer, though the quality stayed just as good. The patisserie service was especially brilliant, and Gizem was always there with a range of drinks 👌👌

There’s plenty to keep adults and kids occupied here, and the family-friendly grounds and facilities are lovely. The entertainment was fantastic too, though the themed “Slovakian Night” felt exclusive and didn’t seem aimed at most international guests. Some kids’ club activities cost an extra €15 per child. Our room was clean and nicely presented, but the camp bed for our daughter was extremely hard and uncomfortable, so it wasn’t good for sleeping. In the evenings, too few bar staff often meant a long wait for service. Dining outside the main buffet also costs €35 per person, and alcohol is extra. The food was good, but we didn’t think it was worth that additional cost. I was uncomfortable when I came back to my sun lounger and found a staff member pressuring my 14-year-old daughter to leave a review. She clearly didn’t like it, and I thought it was inappropriate, especially in the middle of a holiday. It’s a stunning hotel with a lot to enjoy, but the extra costs and service problems need attention.

The mountain views are breathtaking, and with so many pools and such a huge hotel, there was always something to do. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were all kind and ready to help. Rabieh at guest reception stood out for being so helpful throughout our stay. She speaks Arabic too, which made communication and understanding everything much easier. Highly recommended.

Femi, one of the waiters, deserves a special mention. He was kind and hardworking, and his friendly manner always made us smile, which added a lot to our stay. We had a wonderful time, and the food was really delicious. More evening activities and shows for adults, plus shisha for adults, would have made the experience even better.
