The location was nice, with a quiet beach nearby, but the stay was far from memorable. We booked the three-bedroom villa for five nights last month, drawn in by the beautiful catalogue photos from the handover day. The buildings aren’t in the same condition now. We arrived with our two-year-old daughter, who was excited to use the pool. Instead, the house was filthy and needed a proper deep clean. It seemed only the common areas had been cleaned; the photos show what we found in the hidden corners. The pool looked great in the pictures too, but was dirty, its pumps weren’t working, and dirt kept building up in the water. I asked three times to have it cleaned, with no response, and I believe it still hasn’t been cleaned. I also contacted the owners about the state of the house and asked for a deep clean, but was ignored.

Luxel Villas were on hand for everything, both during our stay and through the months of emails and planning beforehand. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. We stayed at the Palace of the Mediterranean villa in August 2023, and it was out of this world. The villa was right on the beachfront in Ayia Napa, with incredible views and space for all 10 of us. It was beautifully decorated and serviced to a very high standard. I can’t imagine finding a more luxurious villa there. Thanks so much, Luxel, for an experience we’ll remember. We’ll definitely be back.

A lovely beachfront villa with a great private pool. The bedroom was large, and everything was clean with great service.

Wow, just wow. Even with the doors locked, you don’t feel the heat outside.

Nice surprise, finding decent cocktails out in the middle of nowhere :)
