Mr. Selim welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. The restaurant is cozy, with a fireplace and a semi-panoramic outlook, and the chef’s food was delicious. Outside, the garden has citrus trees whose fresh scent is lovely, with Bellapais Abbey perched on the hill above. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The scenery is breathtaking, with Mediterranean Sea views in front and green mountains behind. A peaceful stay with great food and views, highly recommended.

The view from the restaurant is lovely, which made the food disappointing. We’ve eaten Kleftiko, a Cypriot dish, all over the island, and this was easily the worst we’ve had. The meat seemed poor quality, smelled strongly, and had no flavour. The two potatoes were dry and unlike authentic Cyprus potatoes, and the asparagus, cauliflower, and carrot didn’t add anything. Desserts were basic too, and the other dishes I could see at nearby tables looked plain. In my opinion, the menu and the kitchen’s approach both need a refresh. Such a shame in such a beautiful setting.

Fresh, well-prepared food and good service, though the prices are far too high. The scenery and setting are beautiful, but there were way too many mosquitoes. Cover your ankles in the evening.

The church above looks amazing at night, and the venue itself is really cool. Nice food, friendly staff, and gluten-free options are available.

The food was delicious, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. Mr. Selim looked after us especially well when we visited Summer Restaurant for dinner. Everything was perfect.
