A casino security guard called Bulent sexually harassed me. He asked for my phone number and invited me to his home. I’m straight. After I managed to refuse his advances and ignore him, he wouldn’t let me into the casino, even though I’d been entering without any problems before he approached me. He shouldn’t be working here.

We booked five days and ended up staying three weeks. The location and hotel itself were great, the food was wonderful, and the staff were the kindest and most helpful I’ve ever found. The manager was thoughtful and checked whether we needed anything. The kitchen staff were fantastic, especially the women at breakfast. I admired them so much that I bought them all a gift before flying back to the UK. Whether you’re a couple or a family with kids, I’d recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at many places, but this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Don’t think twice, just book. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

The casino’s small, but it’s okay. Service wasn’t satisfactory, though. Some waiters were rude and didn’t want to serve us, and the food and drinks were low quality.

If you don’t smoke, don’t stay here. Customer service was very bad and the food wasn’t good. It wasn’t typical Turkish food, and they couldn’t even cook an omelet properly in the morning. There’s no restaurant or shopping area nearby, either. Going to Girne and staying at this hotel was a complete waste of time and money for me. I’d never go back.
