This has been my regular motel for a few years now, every month. The service is always fantastic, and the rooms are extremely clean, with great heating and cooling in each one plus amenities many other motels don't provide. The location is perfect, right by restaurants and with a supermarket next door. It's the only place I'll stay in the Alexandra/Cromwell area. Thanks again, team!

The owners are welcoming and friendly, and the two-bedroom units are spacious and very clean. It's centrally located, and they also hire out good quality bikes.

We had a very pleasant stay, though the decor is outdated, which is why I gave four stars. The host and the cat were friendly. The cat kept my daughter Bella occupied while she was holidaying alone with mum (Kath) and dad (Rocky) over the November 8-10 weekend. Well done 👍.

We were lucky to get a nice, large room with a spare bedroom. The motels were comfortable and had good amenities, and the owners were bright and friendly.

Johanna went out of her way to help when we needed to arrive a day earlier. We couldn't speak more highly of the help and service we received. Highly recommend, and if we're back this way, we'll definitely stay here again.
