Residence du Parc by Staysouth

The mountain view was great, and the accommodation was splendid, spacious and well equipped. The only problems were that the apartment wasn't ready at the 3pm check-in time and there was a used towel left in the bathroom cabinet. Aside from that, everything was great.

I was looking forward to making these apartments my regular place to stay in Queenstown, but I had to change my plans and couldn't make the trip. A couple of weeks before my booking, I contacted the property to ask whether I could move the dates so I wouldn't lose the full amount. The staff weren't helpful or accommodating given the circumstances, which left me very disappointed.

We loved staying in this modern, well-appointed apartment in Arthur's Point, close to Queenstown. It had all the facilities we needed, and several places to eat and drink are within walking distance, so there's no need to drive into Queenstown for dinner.

The mountain view was what sealed it for me. It gave the place that Queenstown feel, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere really nice. We'll book here next time. Our Copthorne Hotel booking was cancelled the night before our flight, so we booked this place just 5-6 hours before arriving for a five-day stay. We were impressed we could arrange it so quickly. Once we arrived, everything was tidy and clean, and the room layout was much more spacious than hotels in the city.
