Worst service ever. The receptionist seemed like she didn't want to work, even though I paid a lot to stay here long term. She acted polite when someone from QRC and ABC spoke with her about the many complaints from students living here. The room was so dirty. When I asked her to fix something, she said that if it wasn't a big problem, I didn't need to worry and should just use it. Seriously?

While studying at ABC College, my partner and I stayed at Shotover Lodge, which was our best accommodation in New Zealand. We enjoyed the friendly international community and getting to meet people from all over the world. The staff were responsive and helpful, making our stay easy and comfortable.
