I was very disappointed by how Coronation Motel handled this. After the booking date, they called to say I owed nearly $500 for a no-show. I explained I’d received no confirmation because they’d entered my email incorrectly, but the woman on the phone was rude and ended the call abruptly with harsh words. I don’t understand how I was meant to show up without any confirmation. It was a communication mistake on their end, and some patience and professionalism would have helped. I’d called directly first to ask about the price, and they quoted about $150 more than the rate I found on Booking.com the next day. During that call, I asked them to text me so I could confirm my email spelling. I gave it clearly, but they wrote it incorrectly, so no confirmation ever reached me. Since I got no message from them, I booked through Booking.com.

We were in town for a funeral, and it was nice to have somewhere comfortable to return to at the end of the night. Several of our family stayed at the holiday park that week, and we all thought it was such good value, especially since we’d booked six different rooms and apartments. It felt like a home away from home, a true gem. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back for a holiday.

We booked a chalet and found it extremely clean and well equipped. The late check-in was hassle-free. Excellent accommodation, and we’d definitely stay again.

Really amazing value for money. It was tidy, the staff were awesome, and the whole place had a great energy with a real home vibe.

Cottage 1 had everything we needed, and would have worked well for a longer stay too. It was quiet thanks to the double glazing, with good heaters, a comfy bed and a kitchen stocked for making meals. The price was great, and reception were friendly and helpful. A lovely budget stop for the night. We’ll stay again.
