The hosts made our trip feel special, even when things didn't go to plan. Time here reminded me how much a good connection with people can add to a stay, and why B&Bs can be such a rewarding part of traveling. This is money very well spent in NZ. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again, I owe you!

Athol was a lovely stop, and after a long day driving, Moyà’s fish and chips with salad really hit the spot. Debbie’s scones at breakfast brought back fond memories of my grandma’s recipe. The hosts know how to make people feel welcome. Our place was warm and comfortable, and the evenings were mild enough for us to eat in the garden. We had a great time on our e-bikes, with very good coffee waiting whichever way we rode.

I got a wonderful rest here while riding the Around the Mountains Cycle trail. The owners were so kind, especially when they found room for me at the last minute on Christmas Day. They're absolutely lovely.

We spent 12 days at Graceland B&B in October with our family of five, and Deb and Moya went out of their way to help us. Their tips for lesser-known trails and local spots were great. We had first thought about staying in Queenstown, but Graceland made more sense for both cost and logistics, since it put us closer to the hiking, biking, and fishing south of town along the road toward Milford Sound. The place felt homey and comfortable, and the hospitality made for a truly relaxing stay. We'd happily recommend it.

We found Graceland B&B a really relaxing base, with plenty of time for Milford Sounds. It sits nicely between Queens town and the Sounds, so if the drive from Queenstown has you hesitating, staying here cuts that distance down. The bed was soft and cozy, breakfast was delicious with fresh farm eggs, and the bathroom stonework gave the shower a lovely cottage feel. The hosts were sweet and easygoing. They even helped some travelers who were low on gas by sharing fuel from their reserve tank so they could get to the nearest petrol station. Don't end up like those stressed travelers, stay here!
