Adina Citylife Auckland

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a one-bedroom place on the 8th floor for four nights, with good wifi and an easy walk to shopping, dining and most Auckland attractions. Having the washer and dryer was especially handy after a cruise. A clothes airer would have made it perfect for things that can't go in the dryer, though I improvised. We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel in Perth just over a year ago and were suitably impressed, so we were happy to return to the brand.

Everything was within walking distance, and some rooms may have a view of the Sky Tower. We stayed three nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The spacious room had separate kitchen, dining, living and bedroom areas. I especially liked the full kitchen with its cookware and utensils, plus the in-room washer and dryer. Dish soap and washing detergent were provided every day. Room service and the front desk were excellent. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and we'll come back on our next Auckland visit.

The location made staying in the city really convenient, with everything close by. Our room on the 23rd floor was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They had the car ready whenever we needed it through the valet service. Thanks for making it such an amazing stay. I'd definitely come back if I'm in Auckland again.

We were upgraded to the top floor, and the rooms are well appointed. The hotel is right in the centre, with an entrance onto Queen St. as well as the main entrance off Durham St. All the staff provided excellent service. Shrutika helped us with a missing item that we'd actually left behind, and we appreciated her help.
