The location was great, and we booked using American Express points. The desk staff were friendly, and it was clean enough. The rooms are tiny and feel like a hostel. The shower is basic, with a very low head, so anyone over about 5 foot 3 or 4 inches may struggle to wash their hair. Shower steam also sets off the smoke alarm.

The room was really small, but the price reflects that. For the location, cleanliness, friendly service, and amenities, it was simply wonderful. Parking was easy too. Great value for money, and I’ll stay again and again. Hard to beat.

For a budget hotel in the city centre, this is a good option. The staff were helpful and friendly, it was clean enough, and you can park next door at a discounted rate. Our breakfast was included, with a good range of choices. The room was small but had an en suite bathroom, air con, TV, and fridge. Just keep in mind this is a budget place, so don’t expect a four or five star stay. I’d come back.

It’s well located, just a few steps from queens street. The room was small but cosy, and the bathroom was clean and neat. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. The bed felt too soft for me since I prefer a firm mattress. Also, the walls are thin, so noise carries easily.

The lobby looks impressive, but the rooms don’t match it, and this is definitely a budget hotel. My room was clean enough, though the mirror was mouldy and corroded, and there wasn’t even a fridge. If you just need a bed, it’ll do.
